The cottage has open plan lounge/dining areas with Charnwood stove and table seating for 6 with child's high chair, a fully equipped modern kitchen, utility Room, and two bath/shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There are three bedrooms, one king size, one double and one with bunk beds. The lounge has a 32" flat screen television with Freesat and a digital entertainment system. There are also Freesat/Freeview flatscreen televisions with digital entertainment systems in the 2 main bedrooms. There is oil fired central heating and free unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. A telephone is provided for emergency calls only. The large private walled landscaped garden gets sun throughout the day.
