Lyndon Cottage is the ideal holiday accommodation for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Islay. The cottage looks on to the paps of Jura which is the most beautiful view. The interior of the cottage is spacious, bright, tastfully decorated and well equipped. The furnishings and amenities within the cottage are of a very high standard. The garden is extensive and includes outside furniture and lighting and there is also a fantastic barbecue for use during the summer months. Whether or not you enjoy an active holiday or a tranquil and peaceful break away, I would highly recommend a stay at this cottage. I guarantee you will want to return regularly!

Lyndon Cottage is home from home, the minute you walk in the door you get that feeling. The cottage is well taken care off, very clean and very nicely decorated. The fact that this cottage is situated close to the road was never a problem and the views from the livingroom are great. The garden is very secluded and there are bikes in the shed. This cottage should have a 4 star rating. Well done!

Lyndon is a detached stone cottage that was originally two single storey cottages on the Islay Estate. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ballygrant approximately 5 kilometres from the ferry terminal at Port Askaig, and 12km from Bowmore. It overlooks Dunlossit Estate to the front and bounds the Islay Estate to the rear. Lyndon is traditional yet has all modern amenities. The lounge features an open fire place, the well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a shed in the garden for bikes etc. There are 3 bedrooms. One master with en suite bathroom, one twin, and a further double downstairs. The main bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. There is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars and a large fenced garden. Sorry no smoking allowed inside the cottage. One well behaved dog welcome (but not upstairs). Please bring dogs own bedding and do not allow them on the soft furnishings
