The Octomore Farm Cottages are situated on Octomore Farm, a working farm overlooking Lochindaal, a large sea-loch in the south west of the Isle of Islay. The spring water from which Bruichladdich whisky is made can be found on Octomore Farm and there is a Bruichladdich Octomore whisky named after it.
Octomore Farm Cottage consists of three bedrooms (two twin rooms and a small bunk room), a shower-room and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine) and dining/living room. It is tastefully decorated and has beautiful views of the loch and the Island. There is off-peak central heating throughout and an open fire. 3-star VisitScotland rating.
Octomore Old Distillery Cottage consists of three bedrooms (one with double bed, fitted wardrobes and wash hand basin, one with two beds and fitted wardrobes and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath), a large open-plan dining area and a cosy upstairs lounge with television and views out over Lochindaal. There is off-peak central heating throughout. 4-star VisitScotland rating.
