Fall asleep to the sound of the sea with a relaxing break in Portnahaven, Isle of Islay. This beautiful village curves around a tranquil bay, ideal for family picnics and swimming. The Bay holiday cottage is situated just a stone’s throw from the ocean, with direct views into the sheltered harbour and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. The Bay is a comfortable, family holiday home. The traditional, two-bedroom fisherman’s cottage sleeps four to six people. The front of the cottage sits directly above the sea, and there is a large, gently sloping garden to the rear, with barbecue area and picnic seating.

The cottage sleeps four to six people, with two bedrooms: one double with sea view, and one small twin looking over the garden. There is a comfortable sitting room with a double sofa bed which can sleep two people. There is a modern kitchen equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom has an electric shower and bath. The property is heated with electric storage heaters, and there is an open coal/wood fire in the sitting room.

To the front, the cottage has direct views over the bay and sea beyond. There is a large, gently sloping garden to the rear, with barbecue area and picnic seating. There is free off-road parking to the rear of the cottage.

We also offer WiFi, TV and DVD player, Central heating and an open fire, Cot and highchair on request, Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
