The kitchen is completely new from tiled flooring to fitted units. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and drawer freezer and can seat up to five people. The bathroom is also completely new with a bath and over bath shower. There is also a toilet downstairs. The property is centrally heated from the open fire and in addition each room has its own adjustable electric heater with timer. To the side of the house is a fully fenced mature garden with a patio area. A welcome tray with fresh flowers and baking is provided for your arrival.
