Burnside Hunting Lodge is home from home and if the weather is inclement, you can return at anytime during the day to relax in the comfort of the house. Burnside Hunting Lodge is a large house on the edge of the village of Port Wemyss on the southern point of the Rhinns of Islay. Overlooking the Island of Orsay and it’s lighthouse, with panoramic views to the west, of the Atlantic Ocean, and to the East, the coastline of Northern Island.

Burnside Hunting Lodge is situated in a very beautiful and tranquil part of Islay. There are two twin bedded rooms and two double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. We have a large t.v. lounge, a bar room with a pool table and two dining rooms, all furnished to a high standard of comfort. There is also a private garden in which to relax and enjoy the water features.

You can choose from Bed and Breakfast, to Full Accommodation with evening meal if you book in advance. Tea and coffee are always available at no extra charge, Jackie and Ken will do all they can to make your stay a Happy and Memorable one. Please give us a call to discuss your booking.
