Cala Sèimh, Port Charlotte is a 3–storey terraced house on Shore Street, on the shores of Lochindaal and in the centre of the village. Available for self catering holidays. It has been recently refurbished, with double-glazing throughout, and easily accommodates 7 to 8 persons.

Ground floor: tiled hallway leading to utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Two down-stairs bedrooms :
1) small room with sofa & bunkbed (adult size), sleeps 1/2.
2) A large room with grand piano + single divan bed and an extra divan in recess, vanity unit and tea-making facilities. Tiled shower room with toilet and sink.

First floor: spacious living room, carpeted with open fire, computer desk and colour TV. Kitchen/diner :large fitted well-equiped kitchen , fridge, electric cooker and microwave, archway through to dining area facing seafront. Both sitting room and kitchen are unusually light (windows back and front) with wonderful views across Lochindaal.

Bathroom off landing with bath, toilet and sink. Second 'attic' floor: two spacious bedrooms, one with double bed, the other two single divan beds and Velux roof windows. Bed linen (and towels if needed) are supplied.
