Kate is a great host and she took really good care of us during our "Islay tour". She even invited us to her barbeque party to celebrate her niece Laura´s birthday! We will come back in a few years, that's for sure!!

I stayed there with a friend for 3 days and 4 nights, recently. Kate MacAffer is a wonderful host and great cook! Meadowside is a warm, cozy place and reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable, there was NO downside....Highly recommended.
