The Meadows Guesthouse is a family run bed and breakfast, which is situated in the centre of acres of beautiful farmland, also farmed by ourselves. You can enjoy magnificent views down Loch Indaal and the surrounding countryside from its elevated position and most days between October and April, migratory Greenland geese can be observed feeding in the surrounding fields.

The bedrooms, bathrooms and public rooms are all finished to a very high standard, with comfortable furnishings and soft white fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The Meadows Guesthouse is the perfect place to spend your time on Islay, whether it’s driving, walking, cycling or exploring on foot, you won’t be disappointed. On your return after a busy day you can choose to relax in the comfort of the sun room with a cup of hot tea or coffee, or maybe you would prefer to sit in our tranquil lounge in front of a roaring open fire with a glass of your favourite malt form one of Islay’s eight famous distilleries.
